Today, your prospective clients take in nutrients from many different sources and lifestyle impacts nutrient usage. Your clients’ successes depend on personalized recommendations that are easily implemented in their lives. To develop these recommendations, you need their total nutrition data in context of their lifestyle and preferences. As a complement to other assessment tools, total nutrition assessments enable every practitioner to get clear insights efficiently, and in advance of and between sessions.
In this webinar, Ashley Koff, RD, teaches how to conduct better nutrition assessments to efficiently and effectively develop personalized nutrition recommendations. She will also demonstrate how these assessments help you attract new and engage prior clients, as well as to generate referrals. From digestive assessment as an intake form, to mineral assessments such as pairings like magnesium and calcium, potassium and sodium, as well as condition specific assessments like heart and eye health, practitioners get data that helps them understand lab work, optimize genetic testing, and identify the client-specific big wins for nutrition upgrades.
Improve compliance by understanding how lifestyle is driving personal choices and get honest insights that help you frame your patient or client communications and recommendations. Too often, practitioners find out after creating recommendations (or never find out because clients don’t return) that specific lifestyle or nutrition factors weren’t revealed that kept an individual from making changes and replacing habits with those that are better for them.
In this engaging session, Koff shares insights from 20 years of patient assessment experience. As Koff introduces case studies and research, the audience will leave empowered to implement total nutrition assessments. When we make it easier for practitioners and clients to collaborate in recommendation development and implementation strategies and to understand how and why certain nutrition recommendations will upgrade an individual’s health, we generate better outcomes.
In today’s cluttered testing, tips and recommendations environment, better nutrition assessment is an opportunity for lifestyle medicine practitioners to connect with and lead their clients to better outcomes, navigating them away from hype and fad, and onto their own better nutrition path.
