Webinar Description

Organizations work best when employees are healthy, engaged and invested in company culture. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is recognized as a method to create sustainable, transformative change through focusing on strengths instead of problems, and is known as an approach that cultivates high performance in organizations. In this experiential learning webinar, the Appreciative Inquiry process will be used to demonstrate how to cultivate a culture of thriving health and well-being within an organization. Webinar attendees will learn the steps of the AI approach through applying them during this interactive webinar.


Following this presentation, participants will be able to:

  • identify at least one benefit of the Appreciative Inquiry approach.
  • list the four major steps in the Appreciative Inquiry process.
  • outline how the Appreciative Inquiry process can be applied to create positive change.

About the Presenters

Deserie Valloreo is President & CEO of Insight Wellness Works, a workplace wellness company serving employers since 2010. She has published two books on holistic wellness and is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and well-being. Deserie is a member of the Tampa Bay Healthcare Collaborative, Wellness Council of Tampa Bay, and National Wellness Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management.
